Structuring the Language of Recovery
For a growing healthcare organization, the hurdle is two-fold: maintaining internal operational consistency while delivering external guidance with empathy. Advanced Recovery Village required a dual solution—a centralized "truth" for their brand standards and a clear, accessible way to guide families through the complexities of addiction recovery.
I developed a comprehensive system that bridges the gap between technical brand strategy and human-centric communication. This included a rigorous, 50-page Brand Book to ground their internal identity and a bespoke, empathetic eBook designed to navigate families through treatment admission. I translated their complex services into a visual hierarchy that feels both professional and accessible.

From Internal Rigor to External Empathy
To ensure long-term efficiency, I built these assets using a modular design language in Adobe InDesign. The Brand Book was built with flexible, future-proof sections, while the eBook utilized intentional typography and structured layouts to provide comfort during high-stress decision-making. The result is a tool for the organization to scale its operations without losing the human connection at the heart of their mission.
